He brings extensive experience in complex valuation, financial modeling, consulting assignments, and expert witness testimony in both Canada and the United States.

Guy Wilson, AACI

Principal at Stewart Wilson Realty Services with over 35 years of experience in real estate valuation and advisory services. An Accredited Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, he specializes in the valuation of development land across the Greater Toronto Area, with extensive expertise in land residual and subdivision analysis. Guy has led valuation and consulting assignments for financing, acquisition, expropriation, litigation, and municipal purposes, and is a highly experienced expert witness before the Ontario Land Tribunal, working closely with legal and multidisciplinary consultant teams.
